1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Medical Billing Sentry (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data belonging to other organizations, submitting real patient data without a Business Associate Agreement where required, or using the Service in violation of applicable law.
4. Denial-risk predictions are estimates
Coding-error flags, documentation-gap warnings, and denial-risk scores are generated by a rules-based engine to assist your team's workflow. They are estimates, not a guarantee of claim outcomes, and do not constitute billing, coding, or legal advice. Your organization remains responsible for the accuracy and compliance of claims it submits.
5. Subscription & billing
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time; certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
